The highest church tower, height 87 metres

THE HIGHEST CHURCH TOWER

Slovak record

The height of the neo-Gothic tower of the Roman-Catholic Parish Church of the Virgin Mary’s Assumption is 87 m.

THE LONGEST SUBMARINE SANDWICH

Record holders baked and filled the longest submarine sandwich (264 cm).

60 Volkswagen cars with air-cooled motor attended the car meet.

The longest cake - roll was prepared in the Embraco Slovakia company with a size of 82.40 m.

School children created a paper chain 1,590 metres long and “embraced” with it the unique lenticular square.

Children of the town drew a 340 metres long train on the pavement.

Record holders created a pasta mosaic with an overall size of 66 m², the subject of the mosaic was Tomasovsky vyhlad in the Slovak Paradise.

RUNNING ON HIGH HEELS

The record holder ran a time of 9.56 seconds in the 50 metre dash in high heels at OC Madaras.
